EZ Stain is a liquid concrete stain. Opened, used, mixed, diluted, partially empty, or damaged product cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. EZ Stain does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage.

Liquids Must Be Sealed

Opened containers, broken seals, leaking items, or product that has been poured out cannot be returned.

Pack Carefully

Returned liquid products must be packed securely. Items damaged in return transit may not qualify for a refund.

How do I start a return?

What is the return window?

Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside the return window may not be accepted.

Do you pay for return shipping?

No. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. EZ Stain does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return postage.

Do you provide a prepaid return label?

No. EZ Stain does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for purchasing and using their own return shipping label.

Are original shipping charges refundable?

No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Can I return opened EZ Stain?

No. Opened, used, mixed, diluted, partially empty, leaking, or altered product cannot be returned. Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Can I return the product if I chose the wrong color?

Unopened and unused product may be eligible if it is within the return window and meets all return requirements. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Opened or tested product cannot be returned.

Can I exchange for another color?

The fastest option is usually to start a return for the unopened eligible item and place a new order for the color you need. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged box, packaging, and product. Do not throw away the packaging until the issue is reviewed.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. If we shipped the wrong item, we will help review the issue.

When will I get my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Can I return product bought from another retailer?

No. Orders purchased from another retailer, marketplace, dealer, or distributor must be handled through the original place of purchase.

Do I need my order number?

Yes. Having your order number helps the returns portal locate your purchase and speeds up the return process.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and would need to go through the return process if eligible.
